I have entered my first run!

As I am now running about 3km, 5km looks to be achievable.....so I have entered my first race and I am very very excited about it!

This year will be different!

I started last year in a dustbin (a clean one, but a real bin no doubt), this year I hope for better things for myself!

Today I started The Artist Way by Julie Cameron it is for 12 weeks, I am hoping that this blog will be a kind of record of this journey.

There are many tasks to complete over the 12 weeks, this morning I started 'the morning pages' where you have to write three pages in the morning freehand, anything that comes into your head, write it down then turn bulges into affirmations. I also booked my first artist date - it was a bit expensive but I can't wait to go :-)
